Upcoming Changes to Credits & Tools

As we work towards better supporting you and your growing business needs, we’re making improvements to our suite of tools and simplifying our credit structure.
We believe that these changes will make space for us to introduce tools that deliver greater impact in the coming months.

1 July 2025: Introducing Ad Credit Purchase Limits

To better guide you toward the package that best fits your business needs, we’re introducing purchase limits on additional Ad Credits.

Our packages are designed to support different levels of activity and varying business goals. That’s why higher-tier packages come with higher Ad Credit purchase limits — and additional discounts on Ad Credits.

What to expect:

• 1 July: Ad Credit purchase limits will take effect
• Purchase limits will vary based on your Agent Package
• Ad Credits purchased before 1 July 2025 will remain unaffected by the Ad Credit limits until they expire

31 July 2025: Discontinuing Prime Credits

We will consolidate all listing-related actions under Ad Credits to simplify the multiple credit types used today.

What to expect:

• 29 June: Prime Credits will no longer be available for purchase
• 31 July: Any Prime Credits in your account will have to be used
• 1 August: Any remaining Prime Credits in your account will be automatically converted to Ad Credits

30 September 2025: Discontinuing Featured Agent

Featured Agent will be discontinued and you’ll no longer be able to make new bookings after 31 July 2025.

What to expect:

• 30 June: Last day to book or extend a 90 day Featured Agent
• 31 July: Last day to book or extend a 30 day Featured Agent
• 1 August to 30 September: All existing Featured Agents continue to run as usual. No new bookings can be made
• 30 September: Featured Agent discontinues and is no longer shown on PropertyGuru.com.sg

30 September 2025: Discontinuing Credit Back Rewards

As we move towards solutions that are more aligned with your goals and growth, Credit Back Rewards will be discontinued on 30 September 2025.

What to expect:

• October: Agents who meet their Q3 2025 milestones will still receive their final Credit Back rewards
