Through Know-Your-Customer (KYC) initiatives, we have access to, and possess the most robust and comprehensive consumer data. Our extensive consumer reach and unrivalled access to consumer insights have also enabled us to develop quality tools to help you run your day-to-day business more efficiently. In June, we unveiled a one-stop Lead Management page on AgentNet to help agents manage and prioritise your leads easily and efficiently. Lead Management gives you actionable and personalised information about a lead such as:

  • Lead Quality – It tells you whether a lead is hot or cold, so you can make the best out of the leads received.
  • Lead Insights – You get to unlock valuable information (e.g. budget, location) about your lead and tailor your sales pitches according to their preferences.

Updated Agent Packages Effective 1 September 2023

We periodically review our agent packages so we can continue to innovate and value-add to your expanding business needs. As such, there will be a weighted average price revision of 17% on our packages from 1 September 2023.

Besides more Prime Credits, we’ve upgraded the current suite of Market Insights powered by PropertyGuru DataSense with better user experience and design. All agents will also enjoy extra value-adds, such as complimentary access to Lead Management, regardless of your package subscription.

Along with this, the price of Ad Credits will also be revised to $0.86/credit (includes 8% GST) from 1 September 2023.
