Connect with Potential Clients via WhatsApp Lead Alerts

As we continue to create a quality marketplace for both you and your potential clients, we want to ensure that you are empowered to work efficiently.
To support this, we will be introducing new lead alerts on WhatsApp starting from 28 August 2024.

How will I receive these alerts?

Each time a potential client initiates an enquiry via WhatsApp, you will receive an alert via the new “PropertyGuru AgentNet” WhatsApp account.

How does this help me connect with Potential Clients

We understand that WhatsApp is a preferred way of communication for most agents. As such, we are enabling you to track and contact leads directly on WhatsApp.

Your lead alerts will also allow you to connect with your potential clients, or to view more details about them on Lead Management – all with one click.

How else will I be notified on new leads

To ensure that we have you covered, you will now be able to opt in for email alerts on AgentNet.

We also recommend that you pin the “PropertyGuru AgentNet” WhatsApp account to ensure that your lead alerts always remain visible.

Do my potential clients know about these changes?

Rest assured your potential clients are not affected by this change. To ensure a smooth PropertyGuru experience for your potential clients, we will continue to educate them on any changes.

We would like to invite you to a Zoom webinar on 29 August, Thursday at 4PM where we demonstrate the features and listen to your concerns and feedback.
