Will Market Supply Gap affect the number of Ad Credits needed to post a listing?

The Market Supply Gap only informs you on the supply and demand of properties and does not have any effect on Ad Credits.

When you decide to market a listing that is considered an opportunity, the number of Ad Credits will still be determined by Optimus.

There are several factors Optimus takes into consideration when determining how much Ad Credits is required for each listing. However the Market Supply Gap only looks into demand versus supply.

Apart from being just a platform to market your listings, we also want to help you build your business by providing you with more listing opportunities.

Through this empowerment of data insights, you will be better positioned to invest resources in listings that are likely to convert to a sale.

Let’s look forward to a future of possibilities, together.
