To help enhance marketplace quality, dynamic pricing will be introduced for all listing activities across CommercialGuru on 18 November 2024.
Dynamic pricing will cover Post, Repost, Boost, and Turbo, and aims to discourage duplicate, false, or misleading listings, especially in more popular locations.
This will ensure that authentic, quality listings can be better, and more efficiently matched to property seekers looking for the right fit for their business.
