Why is PropertyGuru handling my enquiry instead of sending it to me directly?
The new Verified Leads flow is designed to help filter out spam, and to ensure that you only receive genuine enquiries with valid contact details.
With increased reports of spam. This was implemented to improve your experience.
You will receive real-time notifications when a lead is verified and will be able to reach out to potential clients. -
Do I have to wait an hour to receive the lead?
PropertyGuru is committed to ensuring that you receive your leads in a timely manner. Once a lead is verified, it is sent to you via Lead Management immediately.
You will also receive app notifications, and an email regarding your lead. You do not have to wait an hour before you receive details of new leads.

With the verification process, will I lose any leads?
This feature focuses only on identifying spams; with no impact on leads.
All leads are sent to you via Lead Management once they are verified.

Starting 20 August 2024, PropertyGuru will verify the intent of all enquiries before connecting them with you. This will ensure that all leads you receive are verified –genuine enquiries with valid contact numbers.

As part of this enhancement, verified leads can also include key information provided by potential clients – such as their budget, and move in date.
You’ll be able to use these insights to better understand potential clients, and to personalise your pitch.
As potential clients are verified by PropertyGuru, you will receive verified leads only through Lead Management.
To ensure that you’re kept updated, real-time notifications will be sent via the AgentNet app each time you receive a lead
