PropertyGuru and SRI Enter MOU to Establish Data Partnership to Deliver Enhanced Market and Performance Insights

SINGAPORE, 11 February 2022PropertyGuru Pte. Ltd. (“PropertyGuru”), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology (“Proptech”) company and SRI Pte. Ltd. (“SRI”), a Singaporean real estate advisory and portfolio solutions agency announced they had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) whereby both Companies will establish a data partnership to collaborate on data projects that will further expand their analytical capabilities and data access, and to deliver enhanced market and performance insights for customers of both companies. 

With this partnership, PropertyGuru will acquire transaction and lease data from SRI to expand its data portfolio, while supporting SRI with relevant specific market and performance insights. Through this data partnership, agents will be empowered with greater insights and enhanced data solutions to inform their clients to make confident property decisions. 

The MOU is a step to deepen PropertyGuru’s focus and willingness for investments in data and innovation, delivering enhanced solutions for efficiency and property insights for its customers.
