Update on Verified Leads effective 23 August 2024
On 20 August 2024, we introduced the Verified Leads update to your Lead Management page.
Why Are We Doing This?
In creating a quality marketplace for both property seekers and agents, we want to create an eco-system that builds trust and efficiency.
To help build this eco-system, we’ve introduced a new property seeker journey to ensure that leads submitted are genuine enquiries with valid contact numbers – these are Verified Leads. This is a strong enhancement to your Lead Management Page, where we’ve been able to ensure that 100% of your leads are actionable with verified numbers.
Here, you’ll be able to view specific details of your lead, as well as access exclusive Lead Insights to help you tailor your pitch to property seekers, and view Lead Quality tags to help you better prioritise.
