When to Focus Your Listings
In the month of July, we’re back to weekend peak traffic where Sunday took over with the highest traffic, closely followed by Friday and Saturday. Plan your listings now using Listing Performance Insights, so you know how your listings are currently performing and optimise them to attract more leads!
It is almost proven that our peak traffic consistently starts from 11am to 5pm and rises to another high from 8pm to 10pm.
Where to Focus Your Listings
Looking at the commercial listings section, championing the highest viewed districts of the month are once again City & South West (D01-08) and Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14)!
Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) remains its leading status as the district with the largest market gap, followed by North (D25-28) right behind. Hit that Turbo button for your listings now and so you don’t miss out on the potential opportunities!
Zooming into the residential listings, Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) continues being that all-time high district with its record of listing views, followed by City & South West (D01-08) at the second place.
