When & Where to Focus Your Listings: Jun 2022 Edition

Greetings Agent Partners! 😊

Fulfilling our commitment to be your trusted partner, our team at PropertyGuru always strive to make your roadmap to closing deals a convenient and effective one. We understand the importance of knowing where your potential leads are, especially when our macro-environment is recovering in a healthier pace now. This way, we can help you understand where to focus your resources better and invest in what matters.

As we step into the last month of H1 2022, here is our analysis of consumer trends on PropertyGuru Singapore website, aiming to gear you up for a harvesting closure in Q2!

When to Focus Your Listings

This month, Monday took over as the highest traffic day of week, closely followed by Sunday. Once again, the long weekends of Labour Day and Vesak Day contributed to this change in the browsing behaviour. One of the best way to plan your listings would be through our Listing Performance Insights, where you can learn about your listing’s current performance and  optimise them to attract property seekers and close deals effectively!

It could be an old news to you now, but a gentle note that our website traffic starts climbing peak from 11am to 5pm and rises to another peak from 8pm to 10pm.

Where to Focus Your Listings

Commercial Listings

Under commercial listings section, our champions of the month are no doubt City & South West (D01-08) and Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14), once again these go-to districts emerged with huge gaps in listing views compared to the rest!

Market gap wise, Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) remained its leading status, followed by East Coast (D15-16) and the last month’s new-in district Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14). Another new rising star – North (D25-28) also surfaced this month! This signifies more opportunities in commercial real estate, and you can easily top the chart by hitting that Turbo button for your listings!
