According to September 2022 data, Thursday has the highest listings view, which makes it the best day for you to publish a listing.
Every month, the peak traffic on PropertyGuru consistently starts from 11am to 5pm and rises to another high from 8pm to 10pm.
City & South West (D01-08) and Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14) consistently top the chart as the highest viewed districts of the month under the commercial listings section.
Meanwhile, Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) remains its victory as the district with the largest market gap, followed by North (D25-28) right behind.
The all-time favorite district for residential properties continue to be Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) with its record of listing views, followed by City & South West (D01-08) at the second place.
On market opportunities, West (D22-24) is as the district with the largest market gap, while Changi/ Pasir Ris (D17-18) and North (D25-28) follow closely behind as other high demand districts.
