When to Focus Your Listings
In August, weekday traffic triumphs from Monday to Wednesday. With school holidays kicking in, we foresee the pattern to follow for September, and it is time for you to optimise your listings on hand by referring to Listing Performance Insights. Without surprise, the peak traffic on PropertyGuru consistently starts from 11am to 5pm and rises to another high from 8pm to 10pm.
Where to Focus Your Listings
Commercial Listings
City & South West (D01-08) and Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14) continue to champion as the highest viewed districts of the month under the commercial listings section. With more companies adjusting their way of working, office and retail spaces at these areas observe consistent demand and it is good to venture into these opportunities if you haven’t!
Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) remains its victory as the district with the largest market gap, followed by a new rising star Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14) right behind. D12-14 is also one of the highest demand districts, which signifies a prime opportunity to target at.
Residential Listings
Looking at residential listings, our all-time favorite district continues to be Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) with its record of listing views, followed by City & South West (D01-08) at the second place.
This month, West (D22-24) continues to surpass Changi/ Pasir Ris (D17-18) as the top district with the largest market gap, while North (D25-28) follows closely behind as another high demand district.
