Why is PropertyGuru postponing Agent Summit 2020?


Due to the recent outbreak of the coronavirus from Wuhan, China, and local transmissions within Singapore, we’ve decided to postpone the event, in the interest of protecting the health and welfare of our agent partners and Gurus.




When will Agent Summit 2020 be postponed to? / What’s the new date for Agent Summit 2020?


Unfortunately at this point, we are unable to provide an exact date. We’re closely monitoring the situation in Singapore to see when will be the next best suitable date to host you at Agent Summit 2020.

Will the programme/agenda of the postponed Agent Summit 2020 be the same?

I already bought a ticket for the summit on 4 March 2020, is my ticket transferrable to the rescheduled summit?


We’re sorry for the inconveniences, unfortunately we’re unable to transfer your ticket from the summit on 4 March 2020 to the summit on 1 July 2020. In order to secure your seat at the rescheduled summit, you’ll need to purchase your ticket again on the summit’s Peatix page. However be rest assured that your initial ticket purchase amount will be refunded back to the credit card/PayPal account you used previously.




I already bought a ticket for the summit on 4 March 2020, will my ticket be refunded?


Yes, your ticket purchase amount will be automatically refunded to the credit card/PayPal account you used to purchase your ticket - this will be powered by Peatix. If you haven’t received your refund, please email our Customer Service ( custcare@propertyguru.com.sg) with your Peatix confirmation email attached. Our team will check up on it and get back to you on the details.




I checked my bank statement, but it doesn’t state any refund made by Peatix.


Sometimes the system takes time to process refunds to your credit card/PayPal account - and it will be credited back in the following month. Depending on when your bank statements are scheduled, your refund can take up to 30 days to reflect. Please keep a lookout on your following month’s bank statement.
If by your next bank statement you still haven’t received your refund, please email our Customer Service ( custcare@propertyguru.com.sg) with your Peatix confirmation email attached. Our team will check up on it and get back to you on the details.
