Do I need to purchase a ticket to enter the summit?


Yes. Standard tickets are priced at $10, whilst Early Bird tickets are priced at $8 but must be purchased before 9 February 2020.




How do I purchase a ticket to attend the summit?


Tickets can be purchased via our summit’s website. Please note that purchase of the tickets are made via Peatix.




What payment modes can I use to purchase tickets?


You can select between credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Please note that purchase of the tickets are made via Peatix.




Can one (1) ticket be used for multiple entries?


No. Each ticket is eligible for one-time entry and is tagged to one agent and his/her CEA license number.




I already purchased ticket(s), why didn’t I receive a confirmation email from PropertyGuru?


Do note that your ticket purchase is done via Peatix (a third-party payment platform), and you should receive a confirmation email from them. Please do check your junk mail to see if the email is there.




Do I have to bring a printed version of my confirmation email from Peatix?


There is no need to print your confirmation email, but you are required to show us a soft copy of it upon registration.




What is Peatix, and why must I purchase my ticket through them?


Peatix is a third-party platform PropertyGuru is using to manage ticket transactions for our events, as well as collect payment.




Am I able to get a refund for my purchased ticket?


Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any refunds once purchase of tickets are complete. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.




I’m having trouble purchasing my ticket online - can you help me?


Yes, we’re here to help!
Please contact our Customer Service at custcare@propertyguru.com.sg or +65 6238 5971 (Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM), and we will guide you through the purchase process on Peatix. Please note that you will need a Peatix account in order to make a ticket purchase. PropertyGuru is not able to purchase tickets on your behalf. We're sincerely sorry for the inconveniences caused.




Are walk-in entries allowed (i.e. pay at the door) on the day of the summit on 4 March 2020?


No, as seats are limited - all entries to the summit must be made online prior to the event. You may purchase your ticket directly through our summit page on Peatix.




If I’m unable to attend the summit, can I give my ticket to someone else to attend?


Yes, you can. You’ll need to forward your confirmation email to the person attending the summit on your behalf. However, please note that after we register the person using your confirmation email, that confirmation email cannot be reused for another entry.

Will I be given CPD points for attending this summit?


If you clock-in (register) before 1PM and clock-out after 6PM - you will be eligible for an e-certificate of attendance from PropertyGuru which can be used to apply for 2 Generic Competency CPD points. *subject to your agency KEO’s approval




How many CPD points will I earn by attending this summit?


You will receive an e-certificate of attendance that can be used to apply for and earn 2 Generic Competency CPD points, if you clock-in (register) before 1PM and clock-out after 6PM.




What payment modes can I use to purchase tickets?

How do I qualify to earn the 2 Generic Competency CPD points from this summit?


You need to clock-in (register) before 1PM and clock-out after 6PM. Once you do so, you will be eligible for an e-certification of attendance. Your e-certificate will require your agency’s Key Executive Officer’s signature to be valid for your 2 Generic Competency CPD points.




Which email address will my e-certification of attendance be mailed to?


Your e-certificate of attendance will be emailed to the email you registered with on Peatix. If someone else bought your ticket on your behalf, please check with him/her on the email with your e-certificate of attendance.




When will I receive my e-certification of attendance?


All eligible agent partners whom have clocked-in before 1PM and clocked-out after 6PM will receive an email with their e-certification of attendance before 12 March 2020.




I clocked-in before 1PM and clocked-out after 6PM, but did not get my e-certification of attendance after 12 March 2020. What do I do?


Please do send us an email at custcare@propertyguru.com.sg with your name, email used for registration and CEA license number. Our team will check on the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
