Upon completing the form with your preferred gift, you will receive details of your order and delivery details in the next 3 working days. The gift should reach your door step within a week from confirming your delivery details.

Would these birthday treats have an expiry? When can I collect them latest?
These birthday treats will only be available for selection on your birthday month.
For Grandiose Escapade, Haute Cuisine and Luxe Pampering Treat, kindly complete your experience in the following month. Example - if your birthday is on 8 Oct, you have to complete your staycation, dining or salon appointments by 30 Nov, 2020.
For the Luxe Gifts, you have 60 days to redeem your gift.
What if the gift I have chosen is not available on my Birthday month? Can I wait till the following month to claim my gift?
We would encourage you to choose an alternative gift if your preferred gift is not available. As all items and designs are subjected to availability at the retailer, we are unable to promise that your preferred gift will be in stock the following month.
