The Agent self-serve channel is a self-service platform, allowing all active PropertyGuru Agent Partners to:
- Purchase Ad Credits anytime, anywhere at your own convenience
- Enjoy a seamless experience from checkout to payment all within a single platform (and with just a few clicks of the button)
- Receive your Ad Credits instantly upon every successful purchase (so you can take action on your listings immediately)
- Get access to online-exclusive promotions and offers (bringing you the best deals)
- Make payment in a safe and secure environment (facilitated by accredited payment gateway partners)
Can I make purchases on the AgentNet mobile app?
Currently this self-serve platform is only available on AgentNet desktop and mobile web.
What can I purchase online?
You’ll be able to purchase Ad Credits anytime, anywhere – either in
Featured Quantity (pre-defined amount) or Other Quantity (customised amount).
What are the differences between buying Featured Quantity and Other Quantity Ad Credits?
Featured Quantity Ad Credits are packaged in pre-defined quantity, so you get to enjoy a faster checkout and special promotion bundles.
Whereas Other Quantity Ad Credits allow you maximum flexibility to customise any quantity of Ad Credits you’d like to purchase and get prices based on their tiers. This means the more you invest, the more you save!

Can I make a purchase via the installment payment option?
At this moment, the installment payment option is not available, however it is expected to be ready very soon. So stay tuned for it.
Can I select the validity period of the Ad Credits I purchase?
Unless otherwise stated, all Ad Credits have a validity of 12 months and their start date will be on the day of your purchase.
We strongly encourage you to check out the validity period of the Ad Credits you buy on promotions!

PropertyGuru does not store your card information. All payments made to PropertyGuru are powered by our accredited payment gateway partner, Adyen and conforms to Level 1 PCI compliance.
