Why is PropertyGuru updating the agent packages?
We’re updating our agent packages to offer enhanced features and smarter tools for better results. Along with connecting you to over 80% of Singapore property seekers, we’re adding new features and tools to support you at every stage and ensure you have everything to meet your clients’ needs.
When will the new prices and features for the agent packages start?
The updated agent packages will be available from 1 November 2024.
Will there be future price changes in the future? If so, how often?
We regularly review our prices to make sure we’re offering the best value and keeping up with market trends. Our next update will take effect on 1 November 2024. We’ll continue to assess and adjust our packages as needed to meet your needs and market changes.
What changes are being made to the package features with this update?
From 1 November 2024, we’re adding new features and smarter tools to your PropertyGuru subscription to help you unlock more opportunities and get the most value:
- Credit Back Rewards: Use your credits and earn up to 30% back in Ad Credits to offset your advertising, when you hit your quarterly and subscription milestones.
- Up to 25% Guaranteed Savings: Save more on Ad Credits and Prime Credits with every purchase, tailored to your subscription.
- New Tools Introduced in September:
- MarketWatch: A tool for you to track market movements efficiently and discover co-broking opportunities.
- Prospector by DataSense: Your new all-in-one prospecting tool that helps you find high-potential properties easily, reach homeowners and share valuable insights with them.
From 1 November 2024, agents will enjoy 1-year free access to DataSense, up to 6 new modules released progressively, in addition to your subscription modules. With enterprise-grade data, you’ll close deals faster, win negotiations and boost client confidence. Learn more about DataSense on AgentNet.
Here’s the latest updates on new features and pricing for your package with effect from 1 November 2024. Your existing benefits will remain the same.
If my current Advance subscription expires after 1 November 2024, will my package entitlements be updated automatically?
No need to worry if your current Advance subscription isn’t up for renewal by 1 November 2024. Your subscription will automatically convert to the new Advance subscription on that date, ensuring you continue to enjoy all the updated benefits.
Can I sign-up for a Corporate Account?
Corporate Accounts are available only to agencies and have specific terms and conditions. For more information, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Are there any changes to the pricing for Corporate Accounts?
Don’t worry – if there are any pricing updates for Corporate Accounts, we’ll make sure to notify you before they take effect.
