What is MarketWatch?
MarketWatch is a tool available to all PropertyGuru Agent Partners on AgentNet.
Create your first Watchlist to track listings, get updates and co-broke easily.
NOTE: MarketWatch is currently available on AgentNet app. Update your app to the latest version, or follow these steps to install.
Where can I get access to MarketWatch?
To use MarketWatch, visit your dashboard on AgentNet app and click on More > MarketWatch.
How can I create a Watchlist?
Step 1: Visit MarketWatch and tap on the Create button.
Step 2: Set criteria such as property type, transaction type, location, budget and more filters according to the properties that you’d like to watch. Tap on Next once you have set all the preferred criteria.
NOTE: You may set location to watch via these options – search by district, MRT or HDB estate. You can also set it as anywhere in Singapore. Simply type the location you’d like to watch and select the matching result.
Step 3: Name your Watchlist for easy reference. On this page, you will also be shown a preview of how many listings are found under your custom Watchlist.
Step 4: Your Watchlist is now created! Check MarketWatch for real-time updates on new listings and price changes anytime.
In addition to that, you can opt-in for hourly push notifications to stay in the loop. Ensure push notifications are enabled for AgentNet on your device settings.
How will I receive the Watchlist updates?
You will receive updates on AgentNet whenever there is new listing addition and/or price change on any of your Watchlist.
In addition, you can opt-in for hourly push notifications, and there will be daily summary updates sent to your email.

NOTE: To ensure you receive timely push notifications, follow these steps to allow push notifications on your devices.
How do I check for updates shown on my Watchlists?
You check Watchlist updates by visiting MarketWatch on your AgentNet or tapping on the push notifications received.
Tapping on your created Watchlists shows you summary of all the listings found, and the latest updates are labelled with new addition or price changes along with the increased and reduced amounts.
NOTE:
- New addition refers to new listings posted by your fellow agents that match your Watchlist criteria. This does not include listings that only did the repost action.
- The latest updates of new additions and price changes on your Watchlist show up to the most recent 1,000 listings in the last 30 days after your Watchlist creation. To view all the current listings that match your criteria, tap on the listing link shown on your Watchlist page.
What can I do with these Watchlist updates?
With MarketWatch, you can directly reach out to listing agents for co-broking opportunities. You can also share the latest listings available that match the preferences of your potential clients.

On every matching listing found under your watchlists, there are call and WhatsApp buttons available at the bottom right. Simply tap on them and you can immediately reach out to the agent directly.
Share Watchlist Updates with Clients
You may set a custom Watchlists tailored to the preferences of your potential clients and share the updates with them on WhatsApp.
When tapping on your Watchlists, they will be able to view these listings directly on PropertyGuru.com.sg and discuss their preferred ones with you.
Can I update the push notifications settings for my Watchlists?
To manage and update the push notifications settings for individual Watchlist, select that Watchlist and tap on three-dot icon on the top right. Under Manage Watchlists, select Manage Notifications.
You can also disable push notifications for all your Watchlists by tapping on the setting icon available on the MarketWatch main page.
Can I delete a Watchlist that I no longer need?
To delete any individual Watchlist, select that Watchlist and tap on three-dot icon on the top right. Under Manage Watchlists, tap on Delete.
