· Promotion is valid from 1 – 30 Mar 2023 2359hrs.
· Promotion is applicable only for agents who have never subscribed to a PropertyGuru account or if the agent’s PropertyGuru account has expired for 12 months or longer.
· Activation of Advance Package with this promotion should be no later than 30 Mar 2023, 2359hrs.
· Delayed activation is allowed so long as it is within campaign period.
· All final prices are subjected to the standard-rated GST of 8%
· All features in the agent packages are valid for 12 months, starting from account activation date. Any unused features will be forfeited upon account expiry.
· Agent packages sold are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable to another agent/owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
