What is Credit Back Rewards?

Credit Back rewards is a new initiative that aims to reward you for your activities on PropertyGuru!
Stand to earn up to 30% back in Ad Credits when you meet your credit usage milestones!

How do I earn Credit Back Rewards?

There are two ways to earn Credit Back Rewards – by meeting your Quarterly and/or your Subscription credit usage Milestones.
Each time you perform an action on PropertyGuru that uses Ad or Prime Credit, you automatically progress towards these milestones.

How does Quarterly Credit Back Rewards work?

You can earn up to 4x Quarterly Credit Back Rewards each year, calculated within the following periods.

Your milestone progress will automatically reset at the start of each quarter.

For example: Credits used on 8 Jun will count towards Q2’s milestone.
The counter will reset on 1 Jul, and all Ad Credits used after will count towards Q3’s milestone instead.

Quarterly credit usage milestones, and rewards, will vary based on your package type.

*Credit rewards earned are valid for 3 months from date of issue

How does Subscription Credit Back Rewards work?

Subscription Credit Back Rewards are calculated based on your Agent Package Subscription period.
This period will last from your package start date to your package expiry date – and any credits used within this period will count towards earning your Subscription Credit Back Rewards.

For example: if your package started on 3 Jun 2024, credits used by 2 Jun 2025 will count towards your milestone progress.

However, if you downgrade your package during your renewal period, you will not be eligible to receive any Credit Back Rewards, even if you have met the previous milestone.
Subscription credit usage milestones, and rewards, will vary based on your package type.

How is milestone progress calculated?

Milestone progress is calculated based on your credits used.

Any credits used on tools and activities such as

  • Featured Agent
  • Promoted Listings
  • Turbo
  • Boost
  • Repost
  • Post Listing

Will count towards your progress.

However, expired or unused credits will not count.

Are all agent partners eligible for Credit Back Rewards?

Agent Partners holding Advance, Premier, or Business accounts are eligible to receive Credit Back Rewards.

How much Credit Back am I eligible to receive?

The amount of Credit Back Rewards you receive will depend on a few factors

  • Your package type
  • How many milestones you meet.

Here’s what you can expect if you meet all 4 Quarterly credit usage milestones, as well as your Subscription milestone.

How do I check the progress of my Credit Back milestones?

The Credit Back Rewards tracker makes it easy for you to keep track of your milestone progress!

Simply visit your AgentNet to view your progress!

How often is the Credit Back Rewards tracker updated?

The tracker is updated periodically throughout the day, so check back regularly to view your progress!

Will I be notified when I receive my Credit Back Rewards?

Yes, you will receive an email and app push notification once your Credit Back Rewards have been credited.

Do ensure that you have enabled notifications for AgentNet app on your device.

How long are Ad Credits issued as part of the Credit back Rewards valid for?

Ad Credits issued as part of your Credit Back Rewards are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

What if I joined PropertyGuru in the middle of a quarter? Will my quarterly Credit Back milestones be a pro-rated amount?

No, unfortunately Credit Back milestones are fixed.

What happens if I upgrade my package midway through my subscription?

If you upgrade your package midway through your subscription, both of your Credit Back Rewards milestones will be updated to reflect your new package.

Rest assured that any progress that you have previously made will still count towards your new milestones.

What happens if I downgrade my package?

If you choose to downgrade your package type, unfortunately you will not be eligible to receive the subscription based Credit Back Rewards, even if you have met your milestone.

However, as long as your new package is Advance or higher, a new subscription milestone will be set for you to strive towards.

You will still be eligible to receive any quarterly Credit Back Rewards.


Credit Back Rewards T&Cs

  • The Credit Back Rewards Program, from here on known as the ‘Program’ (both Quarterly and Subscription) is a promotion available from 1 Nov 2024 – 31 Dec 2025.
  • The Program is only available for Advance, Premier and Business agents with an active PropertyGuru subscription.
  • The Program involves the issuance of additional subscription Ad credits, referred to as ‘Rewards’, to the agent package for use within an active PropertyGuru subscription. Rewards may not be transferred.
  • Rewards issued as part of the Program are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, and validity cannot be extended.
  • Program rewards, and their milestones, are pre-set for each agent, and no exceptions or pro-ration will be made.
  • Only agents who meet their set quarterly milestones will receive the corresponding Quarterly Rewards.
  • Only agents who meet their set Subscription Milestone and renews to the same package or higher, will receive the corresponding Reward. Rewards for the Subscription Milestone will be issued to the new package.
  • Rewards are subject to agent’s package renewal, and will be issued only if agent renews to the same package or higher.
  • PropertyGuru reserves the right to make changes to or terminate the Program at its discretion, and without prior notice.
