Introducing Verified Leads – effective 20 Aug 2024
Enhancing the way you interact with potential clients.
1. What are verified leads?
Verified leads are genuine enquiries with valid contact numbers.
Starting from 20 August 2024, all leads you receive via PropertyGuru will be verified.
2. How are leads verified?
All leads will go through a new verification process.
This is how the process works:
Potential clients who contact you are first directed to send a WhatsApp message to PropertyGuru.
PropertyGuru automatically pre-qualifies the message sent.
If inadequate information, or potential spam, is detected, the potential client will be prompted for more details.
Once interest has been confirmed, the lead will be sent to you on Lead Management.
Potential clients will also receive the following message that contains your contact details:
3. How will I receive these verified leads?
All verified leads will be immediately sent to you on Lead Management.
To ensure you receive timely notice of new leads, download the AgentNet app and enable notifications.
4. How quickly do I have to respond to new leads?
We understand that you’re out and about – and while there is no time limit, we recommend responding to leads as fast as possible.
Enable notifications on your AgentNet app to ensure that you’re notified immediately when there are new leads.
5. How are “details shared by enquirer” collected? Are these accurate?
Details shared by enquirer are information gathered from a questionnaire that potential clients can fill in.
These details will be reflective of the enquirer’s profile.
6. Why do I only see “details shared by enquirer” on certain leads?
As of now, the questionnaire is only available for potential clients looking to rent.
As such, these details will only be available for enquiries on rent listings.
