Lead Management: Getting Started
Start using Lead Management like a pro!
1. How do I find my Lead Management page?
You can find your Lead Management page within AgentNet. Simply log in and click on “Leads” in your navigation bar.
2. How do I navigate my Lead Management Page?
Your Lead Management Page looks like that:
On this page, you’ll be able to see all your leads. You’ll also be able to view the Lead Quality for each of your lead here.
From your Lead Management page, you can select any lead. Selecting a lead will open up the lead detail page
Here you’ll be able to view further details about the enquirer, contact the enquirer, or gain access to Lead Insights.
3. How do I contact leads?
From the lead detail page, simply locate these icons near the top right hand corner.
Click your preferred method and start contacting leads.
4. How do I search for leads?
Simply click on the search bar and enter details such as:
– Your listing name/address
– Enquirer name
– Enquirer phone number
5. How are leads on the Lead Management page generated?
Leads are generated when property seekers or agents click the contact buttons that are available on your listing detail page, or your agent profile page.
6. I received a lead that says the property seeker contacted me via whatsapp. However, I’ve not gotten any messages. Why?
Leads are generated once property seekers or agents click the contact buttons, however, occasionally, they might not have sent the actual message yet.
Rest assured that property seekers are informed that their details are shared with agents when they click on the contact buttons, and that we are constantly working to improve your experience.
6. Why can’t I find a lead that I received previously?
Occasionally, leads received might be removed from the Lead Management page.
Enquirers can choose to withdraw their consent for PropertyGuru to share their information with Agent Partners. In such cases, PropertyGuru will automatically remove any leads from these enquirers.
7. Will I receive any notifications from Lead Management?
Yes. At 11am daily, you’ll be notified of any new leads from yesterday.
The daily morning notifications (or you can call them ‘Lead Digests’) will provide you with a consolidated update so you can start your day with a clear understanding of your leads’ quality!
8. Where will I receive the Lead Digests?
The Lead Digests are sent via AgentNetSG app notifications on your mobile, you will also receive it via email. Please make sure you have the latest version of AgentNetSG and allow notifications on your device settings.
9. Are the Lead Digests based on real-time data or information from the previous day?
Lead Digests gives you a summary of yesterday’s leads. But we are not stopping here! We are working on notifying you on new leads in real-time. Stay tuned.
10. Can I opt-out from the Lead Digests?
Yes, you can turn Lead Digests on or off via your Account Information page.
Simply scroll all the way down and look for this section:
You’ll be able to toggle Lead Digests on and off whenever you need. However, we strongly suggest switching on Lead Digests to continue keeping up with your Lead Management page.
