Thank you for purchasing/renewing your PropertyGuru package. Your support means a lot to us.

When you make a purchase, you will have the option of paying via our online or offline method. Here is how you can complete your online payment process:

1. Click on the payment link you’ve received in your email or log into AgentNet and click on the “See Details” button.

2. Your complete sales order is listed on “Your Pending Payments” page. Please review your order before you checkout.

3. You can choose to pay through PayPal or directly with your credit card.

This payment gateway is secured by Adyen and ensures Level 1 PCI compliance. Your credit cards details are encrypted and send over a secured connection.

4. Before confirming your order, kindly read through the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service. It is mandatory to agree to the terms upon completion of payment.

5. Please do not navigate away from the payment page while your payment is processing. Once your payment is completed you will receive a notification that your payment has been successfully processed.

6. You can opt-in to have your credit card information saved for future purchases. The credit card info is encrypted and stored by the payment gateway (who is PCI-DSS compliance).

We do not store your credit card details

PropertyGuru does not store your credit card details. All payments made to PropertyGuru goes through our partner, Adyen and conform to Level 1 PCI compliance. Your credit card details are encrypted and sent through a secured connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an online order?

For agents who want to process their PropertyGuru payment online (it’s fast and secure), you can view your order details from AgentNet and/or through the sales order email that was sent to your email.

Why can’t I see my PropertyGuru payment pending in AgentNet?

Your order may have expired. Please contact your account manager if you wish to continue with the purchase.

Upon receiving the order notification, when do I have to complete my online payment?

Your order will be valid for 96 hours, starting from the time you receive the payment link. This includes weekends or public holidays. You have to complete the payment within this validity period.

I do not want to proceed with my order, do I have to delete the order from the AgentNet dashboard?

If you don’t want to proceed with your order, no action is required from your end. The order will expire after 96 hours.

Why is my order for a promotion no longer available for payment?

There are two reasons on why your promo order is no longer available.

  1. Your order expired after 96 hours or;

  2.  The promotion had ended

I noticed there are Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service. Do I have to agree to them?

Yes. You must agree to the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service before you can confirm your order. You are encouraged to read through the terms.

I don’t want to pay online, what are my other options?

We encourage all agents to process their PropertyGuru payment using our highly secured online payment system. However, some agents prefer to pay using offline methods, which is also possible.
