What is the Partner360 Rewards Programme about?

As a valued Agent Partner, we would like to reward and appreciate you for choosing PropertyGuru as your trusted partner to grow your business with.

The Rewards Programme offers a range of exclusive benefits and privileges tailored just for you, as a token of our gratitude for your continued trust in PropertyGuru.

When was the Partner360 Rewards Programme launched?

The programme was rolled out in two phases: Phase 1 launched on October 14, 2020, focusing on the Prestige tiers (Solitaire, Titanium, and Platinum), while Phase 2, introduced on April 8, 2021, extended the rewards programme to the Elite tiers (Gold, Silver, and Elite).

What privileges will I receive through the Partner360 Rewards Programme?

All Agent Partners with an active agent package subscription (Standard, Advance, Premier, or Business) are automatically enrolled in the Partner360 Rewards Programme.

Elite Rewards (Gold, Silver, and Elite status) provide access to a range of tailored rewards and exclusive offerings.

As you progress in your career with PropertyGuru, your status will also advance, granting you access to Prestige Rewards (Solitaire, Titanium, and Platinum status). These include Birthday Treats, Milestone Recognition, Quarterly Exclusive Experiences, and more!

Get Rewarded as You Invest in Your Success

Earn 2.5 reward points for every S$100 invested in your Agent Package Subscription, Ad Credits, and Premium Features.

This includes successful Home Loan Referrals to PropertyGuru Finance, where you’ll earn 1 reward points for every S$300 of your bank’s referral commission.

You will get to enjoy the rewards in your current reward tier, till your next reward tier update.

 

Your reward tier and reward points will be updated by the first week of every quarter.

Example of your investment from 01 Jan 2021 – 31 Dec 2021 (12 months)

Invested in a Agent Package Subscription, Ad Credits, & Premium Features:

  • Subscribed to Premier Package at $4,980

  • Purchased 3,000 Ad Credits at $1,350

  • Reward Points earned = (($4,980 + $1,350) / $100) x 2.5 pts = 159 pts

Made a Successful Home Loan Referral:

  • Client’s loan size is $800,000

  • Bank’s referral commission rate is 0.15%

  • Your referral commission is $800,00*0.15% = $1,200

  • Reward points earned = ($1,200 / $100) x 2.5 pts = 30 pts

Total Points Earned:

  • 159 pts + 30 pts = 189 pts

This means that you qualify as a Silver Tier agent in our Jan 2022 reward points quarterly updates.

*Points will not be awarded for complimentary Agent Packages and Products.

What criteria are used for selecting Solitaire Agent Partners?

Solitaire partners have made significant investments in their business with PropertyGuru. To maintain this group’s prestige and exclusivity, we carefully curate the membership of this tier.

While we have a minimum qualifying criteria of 2,500 reward points, we also take other factors into consideration. Invitations are handled on an individual basis, and are subject to review.

I have been subscribing to PropertyGuru Agent Package for the last 5 years and invested a total of $15,000. Does it mean I have earned 375 points?

The reward points are calculated based on your spending in the last 12 months and not throughout your PropertyGuru subscription tenure. For example, if you have invested $6,500 in the last 12 months, you would have earned 163 points.

I have an active Agent Package subscription with PropertyGuru, but did not receive any notification on my rewards tier.

If you have subscribed to our Agent Package after the calculation period cut-off date, you will only receive your rewards tier information in the next quarterly update.

For example, in the Apr 2021 rewards tier update, the calculation takes into account your investments in PropertyGuru between 1 Apr, 2020 to 31 Mar, 2021. If you started your subscription after 31 Mar 2021, you will receive your rewards information in the next update in Jul 2021.

Checking Your Rewards Tier Status

Succeed & Climb the Tiers for More and Better Benefits

As you continue to earn more points, you will be rewarded with more and better benefits!

Upgrading to a Higher Rewards Tier

We’re excited to upgrade you and this happens when you’ve accumulated the minimum reward points to qualify for the next higher tier! Here’s how it works.

Once you have accumulated the minimum reward points needed for you to progress to the next tier, you will be upgraded to a higher rewards tier in the following quarter. You can view your latest reward status and points via AgentNet.

Moving to a Lower Rewards Tier

We would like to keep you in your upgraded tiers for as long as possible. That’s why we extend our qualification of tiers over 2 consecutive quarters, before moving you to the corresponding reward tier.

Here’s an example if the minimum reward points required for a tier is not met for 2 consecutive quarters.

Will my Rewards tier go back to a clean slate when my account expires?

The rewards tier and points you had earned in the last 12 months will expire, upon your account expiry.

I am a corporate account holder, am I eligible for this Rewards Programme?
