Terms & Conditions
1.Discount is valid on your PG Anniversary Month
For example, agent’s Loyalty Start Date is on 14 Apr 2018, he can enjoy the discount from 1 Apr – 31 Apr 2023
2.Agents can only enjoy the discount once in their PG Anniversary Month
3.Anniversary Benefit is only applicable to Ad Credits and Prime Credits.
4.The maximum amount of Ad Credits for purchase is capped at 10,000 credits, while Prime Credits is capped at 100.
5.Other discounts are not applicable on top of this Anniversary Benefit
6.Credits are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase. Unused credits thereafter will expire
7.All products purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another agent
8.Other standard terms and conditions apply

Your PropertyGuru Anniversary Benefit is only valid on your Anniversary month, hence you are unable to redeem it on any other months even if it is not utilised. For example, if your PropertyGuru Anniversary month is on 14 Apr 2023, you can enjoy the discount from 1 Apr – 30 Apr 2023.
Am I still eligible to enjoy other promotions during my Anniversary month?
Yes, you are eligible to enjoy other promotions. However, your Anniversary Benefit discount cannot be used with any other discounts.
Will I be notified about my PropertyGuru Anniversary Benefit?
Yes, you will be receiving an email informing you about your PropertyGuru Anniversary Benefit on the 1st day of your Anniversary month.
