In this article, we are showing you the step-by-step guide on how to post a new listing on AgentNet.

  1. To start, select the ‘+ Create Listing’ button on AgentNet dashboard.

  2. Fill in the exact location of your listing. If the property inserted is not found on the drop-down list, click on Still can’t find it? Create a temporary location to input the property particulars.

  3. Choose your property from the drop-down list. There are instances where there is more than one Postal Code available. Please ensure to select the correct Postal Code from the drop-down list.

  4. Indicate the type of your property listing – whether it is a unit for sale / rent or a room for rent.

  5. Fill in other relevant property details including listing price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, floor size, unit availability and furnishing status.

  6. Create attractive headline and detailed property description to captivate property seekers and pique their interest.

NOTE: Your phone number in the headline and listing description will be masked from property seekers. Property seekers may still use the official contact channels, e.g., Phone Reveal, WhatsApp or Enquiry Form to submit an enquiry.

  7. Upload attractive property photos, floor plans, videos and virtual tours. You can drag and drop photos from your computer. Arrange your photos by dragging them with your mouse.

  8. Before your listing gets published, you will be shown the amount of Ad Credits required to post, repost, Boost and Turbo the listing. The Ad Credits needed is calculated by Optimus and may change over time.

  9. Review your listing on the summary page. Once you are ready to publish your listing, click ‘Post Now’.

TIP: Refresh your listing date by using repost to get on top of the search results.
