Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Prime Time with PropertyGuru Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by PropertyGuru Pte. Ltd (“PropertyGuru”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decision of PropertyGuru in relation to and in connection with this Campaign.
Campaign Period
1. The Campaign Period shall be from 12 June 2025 to 31 July 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”)
Eligibility and Campaign Process
2. Subject always to these Terms and Conditions, to be eligible to participate in the Campaign, every Campaign participant (“Participant”) must:
- be a registered estate agent or salesperson with the Council of Estate Agencies in Singapore; and
- have an active Agent Account with PropertyGuru throughout the Campaign Period and Prize Presentation Date (defined below).
3. To be eligible to participate in the Ultimate Challenge and/or the Raffle Challenge, the Participant must:
- Use a minimum amount of Credits, in accordance with their active/current Agent Account package, as set out below:
- Standard Account holders: Minimum 400 Credits
- Advance Account holders: Minimum 1,300 Credits
- Premier Account holders: Minimum 4,000 Credits
- Business Account holders: Minimum 13,600 Credits
4. Participant’s can earn extra entries into the Raffle Challenge, by way of the following:
- Utilize Ad Credits in accordance with their active/current Agent Account package, as set out below:
- Standard Account holders: Every 100 Credits
- Advance Account holders: Every 500 Credits
- Premier Account holders: Every 1,000 Credits
- Business Account holders: Every 3,000 Credits
- Utilize or purchase Prime Credits, as set out below:
- Across all Agent Account packages: Every 1 Prime Credit; or
- Purchase additional Ad Credits during the Campaign Period, as set out below:
- Across all Agent Account packages: Every additional 1,000 Ad Credits
5. To be eligible to participate in the Weekly Leaderboard Challenge, the Participant must:
- Utilize existing/purchase and utilise Prime Credits during the Campaign Period.
6. PropertyGuru reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, determine a Participant’s eligibility for additional chances to participate in the Campaign. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and PropertyGuru is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
7. Employees of PropertyGuru and its affiliated companies and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

8. Prizes are determined based on the Participant’s relevant Agent Package as of 12 June 2025.
9. The Campaign prizes are divided into 3 Categories:

- Advance Account holders: 1 x 6 day, 5 night stay at Club Med Bali
- Premier Account holders: 1 x 6 day,5 night stay at Club Med Maldives

10. PropertyGuru reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Campaign prize(s) with any other item of a similar value. Any prizes not claimed within 90 days shall be deemed as unclaimed. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited by the winner, at PropertyGuru’s discretion.
11. PropertyGuru is not the owner/supplier/vendor of the prizes and does not provide any guarantee or warranty of any kind on the prizes’ performance, quality, or suitability for any purpose.
12. The prize draw for the Ultimate Challenge and the Raffle Challenge shall be conducted on 29 August 2025. The announcement for the winner of the Weekly LeaderBoard Challenge shall be announced on the Monday following the relevant week during the Campaign Period. Participants will be notified of the prize winners/results for the Campaign by way of an announcement on PropertyGuru’s Prime Time Campaign Page. Prize winners are required to attend a prize ceremony, which will be arranged at a later date (“Prize Presentation Date”) and held at a location in Singapore, to be determined by PropertyGuru.
13. The decision of PropertyGuru regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
14. All prize winners are required to provide their full name, contact number, CEA registration number for verification ( and to sign an acknowledgment form prior to the prize being issued.
15. Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, PropertyGuru credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
16. The winner of any prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the prize.
17. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions related to the relevant prize.
18. PropertyGuru does not provide any form of product or technical support for prizes. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and product are that of the prize winner.
Use of Personal Information
19. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in marketing and promotional activities related to the Campaign, including to but not limited to being featured in interviews and the use of the winner’s personal information and image on PropertyGuru’s media including PropertyGuru’s platform, website and/or social media channels.
20. By registering for the Campaign, all Participants agree to PropertyGuru Pte Ltd’s Privacy Policy (https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/customer-service/privacy), including the collection, use, and disclosure of the Participant’s personal data for purposes in connection with the Campaign.
Others
21. PropertyGuru does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participants as a result of either participating in the Campaign or being selected/not selected for a prize.
22. PropertyGuru reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Campaign, prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

24. The Campaign, prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Singapore and all Participants (including winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean Courts.
