What is this about?

We are rewarding agent partners who successfully referred a home loan to PropertyGuru Finance with a higher bank commission rate of 0.17% (up from 0.15%).

When is this happening?

This promotion is available from 7 August – 26 September 2023.

Who can participate?

All agent partners who referred a home loan successfully to PropertyGuru Finance are eligible for the promotion.

What is defined as a successful home loan referral?

A successful referral is defined as when the home loan applicant has accepted the bank’s Letter of Offer.¯For more details of PropertyGuru Finance’s Home Loan Referral Programme, visit here.

How is my commission calculated?

From 28 Sep 2023, the price of Ad Credits will be revised to $0.80/unit (before 8% GST) which will impact the calculation of your Ad Credits commission. Please see below for changes in the calculation of your commission.

If your client takes a home loan of S$1,000,000 and your bank referral commission is 0.17% (during promo period) – you will earn S$1,700 in commissions and rewards (including GST).

Loans accepted within campaign period (7 Aug – 26 Sep)

You’ll receive the following:

In Cash: S$1,416.67 (90% of the commission)
In Ad Credits (rounded up): 378 (Valued at S$283.33 based on $0.75/credit – 10% of the commission + 8% GST)
Partner360 Rewards: 43 points

If your client takes a home loan of S$1,000,000 and your bank referral commission is 0.15% (after promo period) – you will earn S$1,500 in commissions and rewards (including GST).

Loans accepted after campaign period (27 – 28 Sep)

You’ll receive the following:

In Cash: S$1,250 (90% of the commission)
In Ad Credits (rounded up): 333 (Valued at S$250 based on $0.75/credit – 10% of the commission + 8% GST)

Loans accepted after campaign period (on / after 29 Sep)

You’ll receive the following:

How many times can I enjoy this promotion?

All successful home loan applications within the period of 7 Aug – 26 Sep are eligible for the promotion. Each time a loan is approved, you’re entitled to the promotion (no cap on the number of approved loans).

How will I receive my commission?

You will receive your 90% cash commission via bank transfer and your Ad Credits rewards will be issued into your AgentNet account within 5 working days after the bank processes their referral fee, which usually takes between 3 to 6 weeks.
