This giveaway is available exclusively to invited agent partners who complete a home loan referral successfully by 26 December 2023.

What is defined as a successful home loan referral?

What are the prizes to be won? 

$80 CapitaLand vouchers are available for redemption to invited agent partners who refer a home loan successfully by 26 December 2023. Each agent partner is only entitled to the reward once. 

This giveaway cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other ongoing offers/promotions/giveaways. 

When will I be notified to redeem the reward? 

Once your successful home loan is verified, you will be notified to redeem the reward via WhatsApp in the following month. 

How do I redeem the voucher after receiving the notification? 

The notification message provides a unique voucher acceptance link with a stated expiry date. PropertyGuru Finance is not liable for any extension of voucher acceptance link validity upon expiry.

Can I exchange the reward for something else? 

Voucher rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other rewards. PropertyGuru Finance reserves the right to change the rewards without providing prior notice.
