Legal terms can be hard to understand, and we want to make our Terms of Purchase easy for you to understand.

In summary, the key points are:

1. You cannot transfer your purchase subscription or product to another user

This is applicable to all subscriptions that are purchased or renewed on or after October 1, 2018.

2. All products purchased must be utilised within 12 months from date of purchase

Your unused products (e.g. Ad Credits) will either expire when your PropertyGuru account expires and is not renewed or, when the product validity period is due.

3. Agents who are a first-time subscribers of the STANDARD package at the stated purchase price have a 30-day money back guarantee

If you have decided to not continue with your subscription before the 30 day deadline, please send us a chat message, contact your sales consultant or call us at +65 6238 5971 to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.

Please note: First-time agents who received the STANDARD package offer at a discount do not have a 30-day money back guarantee.

Subscriptions of other package types, STANDARD packages bought at a discount and STANDARD package bought by agents who are not first-time subscribers are not eligible for cancellation and refund.
