Landed properties often have unique or specific addresses that may not appear in the pre-populated property list during listing creation. To ensure your listing is visible and searchable by property seekers, it’s important to enter the location details accurately.

Follow these steps to create a temporary location for your landed property listing:

1. Create a Temporary Location

If your landed property does not appear in the drop-down list, click on ‘Still can’t find it? Create a temporary location’.

2. Input Location and Property Type

Provide clear and accurate location and property type details.
Note: These fields cannot be edited once the listing is published, so please review them carefully before proceeding.

3. Enter the Postal Code

Input a valid postal code—this field is mandatory.

  • The postal code will not be displayed to property seekers.

  • You may also choose to display only an approximate location on the map for privacy.

4. Complete the Location Details

Continue filling in the location-specific and property information. Once completed, click ‘Next’ to proceed.

5. Add Full Listing Information

Enter all relevant property details, such as price, size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, availability, and furnishing.
The more complete your listing, the more attractive it will be to potential property seekers.

6. Publish Your Listing

After completing all required information, you can proceed to publish your listing.

Keeping your listing accurate ensures better visibility and helps you attract the right audience for your property.
