Update Your Sold/Rented Listing (Mobile)

Complete your listing to make room for more active listings

Keeping your listings up to date is key to building trust with property seekers. Once a property is sold or rented, it’s important to mark it accordingly or deactivate it to ensure your active listings reflect only what’s currently available.

How to Unlist or Complete a Listing on AgentNet Mobile:

  1. Open the AgentNet mobile app and go to your Active Listings.

  2. Tap the three dots on the right side of the listing you wish to update.

  3. Choose from the following options:

    • Mark as Sold/Rented – if the property has been successfully transacted.

    • Deactivate – if you wish to temporarily unlist or no longer advertise the property.

If you need to manage multiple listings at once, you can also choose to bulk deactivate your listings for efficiency.

What’s the Difference Between ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Mark as Sold/Rented’?

  • Deactivate
    Moves your listing to Past Listings without showing any transaction status. Use this if the listing is paused or no longer relevant.

  • Mark as Sold/Rented
    Also moves your listing to Past Listings, but it will be reflected under the “Property Listings” tab in your AgentWeb profile. This helps demonstrate your track record of completed transactions to potential clients.

By maintaining only active and accurate listings, you enhance the browsing experience for property seekers and strengthen your professional credibility.
