Now, you are able to Spotlight your listing for multiple weeks.

You will be given an option to choose ‘Auto-Spotlight’ when you go through the Spotlight booking flow.

Refer to “How to Spotlight a listing?” for a step by step guide.

If you select the Auto-Spotlight option, the checkbox will be ticked and Auto-Spotlight for your chosen listing will be activated

Your listing will be auto re-Spotlighted and Ad Credits will be deducted 7 Days (168 hours) after your listing’s first Spotlight.

How are my Ad Credits deducted for Auto-Spotlight?

The number of Ad Credits required to post on CommercialGuru.com.sg is 1 credit and to repost a listing is 2 credits. You may refer to your Ad Credits Consumption Report to know how many Ad Credits were deducted for Auto-Spotlight.

You will be able to located it under the “Reports” section on AgentNet.

What if I do not have enough Ad Credits?

If you do not have enough Ad Credits or your listing does not have a Listing Quality Score of 95% or higher, the listing will not be auto re-Spotlighted.

Auto-Spotlight will also be disabled for the listing and it will not be auto renewed in the future unless the you Spotlight the listing again and re-enable Auto-Spotlight.

How long does one Auto-Spotlight run for?

Once you enable Auto-Spotlight for your listing(s), it will continue running until you disable it or your listing(s) expires.

Can I cancel my Auto-Spotlight?

Yes, you will have the option to cancel your Auto-Spotlight from your listing management page. Click light blue Spotlight tab, then untick ‘Auto-Spotlight’ and then click on ‘Turn off Auto-Spotlight’ to cancel your Auto-Spotlight.

I have already Spotlight for 1 week, can I activate ‘Auto-Spotlight’?

Yes, you can activate Auto-Spotlight from the listing management page. Click on the light blue Spotlight tab, then tick ‘Auto-Spotlight’.

Will I be charged Ad Credits whenever I tick or un-tick the Auto Spotlight checkbox multiple times? 

No, there are no Ad Credits charged for ticking or un-ticking the Auto-Spotlight checkbox. Ticking on Auto-Spotlight only means that the listing will be re-Spotlighted when the present Spotlight expires.

Ad Credits are only charged when the listing is Spotlight or re-Spotlighted in a weeks time.

What if I activate and deactivate Auto-Spotlight on the same day?

You can activate and deactivate Auto-Spotlight as many times as you want. It will only take effect based on whether it is activated or not on the day of the expiry of the active Spotlight.

Depending on which scenario you fall into, Ad Credits will be deducted:

Scenario 1 – when you activate Auto-Spotlight on the day your current Spotlight booking expires, Ad Credits would already be deducted before you deactivate.

Scenario 2 – when you activate Auto-Spotlight before your current Spotlight booking expired, Ad Credits would be only be deducted on your current Spotlight booking expiry date. Hence, if you deactivate on the same day you had activated it, no credits will be deducted.
