When & Where to Focus Your Listings: Apr 2022 Edition

Entering the first month of Q2, we are greeted with delightful news of more alleviated measures in Singapore. This positive change signifies more opportunities, including our recent successful listing on the NYSE which will allow us to open more doors to millions across Southeast Asia to own homes. As you plan for the second quarter of 2022, we are pleased to present to you a summary of this month covering listing views and supply gap across the island.

When to Focus Your Listings

In the month of March, we noticed high traffic on most days across the week, except for Monday which showed relatively lower volume. Once again, Sunday recorded the highest traffic, closely followed by mid-week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Zooming into the hourly traffic, peak periods remain unchanged starting 11am to 5pm and rise to another peak from 8pm to 10pm. Make sure you seize the opportunity with Featured Agent, so your listings will always appear on top under your specialisation!

Where to Focus Your Listings 

Commercial Listings

City & South West (D01-08) and Balestier/ Geylang (D12-14) once again scored on our monthly chart as the districts with the highest views. Check out how you can improve your listing performance on PropertyGuru to optimise them for better performance and attract more leads.

Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) and East Coast (D15-16) continue to show strong demand with the largest market gap in March. This is definitely a great chance for you to Turbo that listing!

Residential Listings 

Serangoon/ Thomson (D19-20) maintains its record as the highest viewed district for residential listings, with City & South West (D01-08) following closely behind.

Focusing on the market gap, Changi/ Pasir Ris (D17-18) kept its winning position, followed by North (D25-28) and West (D22-24) right behind.
