Frequently Asked Questions
Whatʼs changed with Boost and Turbo?
From 1 October 2025, Boost and Turbo will focus solely on ranking your listings higher in search results. The new Turbo Pro product works the same way, with your card size and branding powered by your package tier.
Is Boost really free for Platinum agents?
Yes! All listings, new and existing, are automatically upgraded to Boost by default for agents subscribed to Platinum.
Agents on other package tiers can still access Boost anytime using credits.
Whatʼs the difference between Turbo Pro and Turbo?
Turbo Pro is the highest ranking option. It sits above Turbo listings, guarantees a top 10 spot in search results, and is exclusive to Gold and Platinum agents. Turbo also ranks your listing above Boosted and regular listings, but without a guaranteed top 10 position.
