Forgot Your Password? #

No worries! Here’s how to reset it:

1. Go to the AgentNet login page

2. Click ‘Forgot Password?’

3. Enter your email address and click ‘Submit’

4. Look out for an email titled ‘AgentNet: Update Your Password’

5. Click the ‘Update Password’ button in the email

6. Enter your new password twice on the reset page, then click ‘Update Password’

7. After your password is updated:

   • You’ll receive a confirmation email titled ‘AgentNet: Your Password is Updated’

   • You’ll be signed out from all devices for security

   • Log in again using your new password

Password Requirements #

Make sure your new password includes:

• 8–50 characters

• 1 uppercase letter

• 1 lowercase letter

• 1 number

• 1 special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
