Why is PropertyGuru updating the agent packages?

To ensure we continue to add value to our agent partners, periodical reviews of our agent packages are necessary to ensure that they continue to serve your business needs in all market conditions.

When will the updated agent package prices and entitlements take effect?

The enhanced agent packages will take effect on 1 September 2023.

Will there be further price revisions in the future? If so, how often?

As part of our commitment to offer agent partners greater value and returns, as well as continue to evolve our platform to meet the ever-changing market sentiment and consumer demand, we regularly review our pricing structure.

As a result of our most recent review, we’ll be updating our agent packages effective 1 September 2023.

With this update, what are the differences in the package entitlements?

Besides more Prime Credits, we’ve upgraded the current suite of Market Insights powered by PropertyGuru DataSense with better user experience and design. All agents will also enjoy extra value-adds, such as complimentary access to Lead Management, regardless of your package subscription.

Along with this, the price of Ad Credits will also be revised to $0.86/credit (includes 8% GST) from 1 September 2023.

Prices are inclusive of 8% GST.

Can I buy Corporate Account?

Corporate Account is only available for agency purchases and has its own terms and conditions. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you would like to find out more.
