Frequently Asked Questions #
Can I upgrade anytime during my subscription?
Yes, but only across core package tiers — not within the same tier.
For example, you can upgrade from ✓ Silver to Gold, but not from ✕ Silver Basic to Silver Plus.
How is the prorated price calculated?
The prorated amount is calculated based on:
▪️The number of weeks you have used for your current package.
▪️The list price of the Agent Package you have selected.
Your early upgrade discount will be applied to the list price (before GST) of your selected package. For more details, kindly contact your Account Manager.
What are the valid upgrade paths?
You can upgrade in this order:
▪️Bronze→ Silver
▪️Silver → Gold
▪️Gold → Platinum
Once you’ve selected a core package (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum), you cannot switch between Basic and Plus tracks within that package during your subscription term.
Why can’t I upgrade from Basic to Plus within the same package?
Each package track — Basic or Plus — is priced and bundled differently. When you choose a package, you’re locking in the value, credit allocation, and entitlements for that specific track. So it’s important to decide wisely upfront based on your expected usage and credit needs.
What should I consider when choosing between the Basic and Plus packages?
Think about:
▪️Your projected listing and credit usage
▪️Your need for ad credit top-ups
▪️How fast you’re scaling your business
If you anticipate reaching your credit top-up limit quickly, choose Plus from the start to avoid limitations during your subscription.
What happens to my Ad Credits when I upgrade mid-term?
▪️Subscription credits: You will receive the pro-rated amount based on your usage in the existing package.
▪️Topped-up credits: Your balance will be carried over, and the expiry date remains.
Will my new credit top-up limit apply immediately after upgrading?
Yes. Once you upgrade to a higher package, your new credit top-up limit and pricing take effect immediately. This allows you to top up further if needed, based on your new package’s cap.
