Ratings & Reviews: Build Trust, Stand Out, Win More Leads #

Your professional reputation is one of your greatest assets.
With Ratings & Reviews on PropertyGuru, you can showcase your client feedback, strengthen your personal brand, and attract more quality leads.

Ratings & Reviews is a feature that allows customers who have previously contacted you through our platform to review their experience with you.

These verified reviews appear on your public Agent Profile, giving property seekers a better understanding of your professionalism, service quality, and expertise.

Why Ratings & Reviews #

At PropertyGuru, we’re building a “Trust Platform” — a transparent, efficient property marketplace connecting agents, property seekers, developers, valuers, and banks.

Ratings & Reviews plays a key role in this vision by:

  • Helping property seekers make confident decisions when choosing an agent

  • Improving the quality of interactions on our platform

 

How Ratings & Reviews Benefit You #

  • Attract Better Leads: Property seekers are more likely to engage with trusted agents who have strong reviews.

  • Verified and Fair: Only customers who have contacted you via PropertyGuru can submit a review, and all reviews undergo moderation before being published.

 

Who Can Access Ratings & Reviews #

  • Available to: All active PropertyGuru agent partners (individual subscriptions).

  • Not available to: Corporate package subscribers.

  • This feature is currently in Beta and will be rolled out progressively, with improvements along the way.

 

How Property Seekers Can Submit Reviews #

Property seekers who have contacted you through PropertyGuru can:

  1. Log in to PropertyGuru.

  2. Go to your Agent Profile or Listing page.

  3. Fill in the review form and submit it for moderation.

Once approved, reviews are displayed on your public Agent Profile.

  • Property seekers can click “Read All Reviews” to view the full list in your Customer Reviews section.

 

Accessing Ratings & Reviews on AgentNet #

  1. Log in to AgentNet Web.

  2. Click your profile picture (top right) and select Ratings & Reviews.

  3. You’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you can:

    • View all reviews

    • Request reviews

    • Appeal unfair reviews

Tip: If you’re on mobile, log in via your browser to access the web version.

Request for Reviews from Your Customers #

We encourage you to request feedback — it can significantly enhance your credibility and lead to increased lead generation.

You can request reviews in two ways:

Method 1 – From Your Dashboard

  • Visit the page that shows list of Customers you’ve interacted with.

  • Select the customer and click Request for review.

  • The customer will be notified and you can track the status in this tab.

Method 2 – Share Your Review Link

  • In your dashboard, copy the Share this link with your customers URL.

  • Send it to your customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

 

Moderation & Approval #

  • All reviews are verified and moderated before publishing.

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days.

  • Reviews that breach our guidelines will be rejected or removed.

 

Appeal for a Review #

If you believe a review is unfair:

  1. Go to All reviews in your dashboard.

  2. Select the review and click Appeal this review.

  3. Submit your reason. The review will be hidden during the appeal process.

  4. View the status in the Appealed reviews tab.

Important:

  • Only one appeal per review is allowed.

  • If your appeal is successful, the review will be permanently removed.

  • If unsuccessful, it will be reinstated.

 

Rejected or Removed Reviews #

A review may be rejected or removed if:

  • It breaches PropertyGuru’s moderation guidelines

  • It contains inappropriate, false, or unverifiable claims

You can check the status of all reviews in your dashboard under All reviews.

Tips on Using Ratings & Reviews #

  • Check Your Dashboard Regularly to respond to feedback promptly.

  • Proactively Request Reviews after a successful transaction.

  • Maintain High Service Standards — every client interaction is a chance to earn a great review.

Your Ratings & Reviews are more than testimonials — they are proof of your professionalism and service quality. Use them to build trust, win clients, and grow your business.
