Why is PG discontinuing Credit Back?
As we move towards solutions that are more aligned with your business goals, Credit Back Rewards will be discontinued on 30 September 2025.
When is this taking effect?
All Credit Back rewards will be discontinued from 30 September 2025. This means that any listing actions carried out after 30 September will not count towards the Credit Back milestones.
What happens to my Q3 Quarterly Credit Back Reward that I have earned?
We honour your dedication to your work and uphold our promises. You can rest assured that any Credit Back milestones you achieve in Q3 2025 will be issued to you in full accordance with the existing criteria.
What happens to my Subscription Credit Back Reward that I have earned?
Agents with their package expiring before 30 September 2025: Credit Back rewards will be issued to you in full accordance with the existing criteria should you reach the subscription milestone.For agents with their package expiring after 30 September 2025: As we do not count listing actions towards Credit Back milestones after 30 September, no Credit Back rewards will be issued.
I have achieved my subscription milestone/part of it, but my Agent Package expires after 30 September 2025.Will I receive a pro-rated Credit Back reward?
As we discontinue Credit Back Rewards on 30 September, there will be no pro-rated rewards issued for milestone completion.We sincerely appreciate your effort and commitment, and we will continue exploring new ways to support and reward you in the near future.
