With the Agent Self-Serve Channel, you can purchase Ad Credits anytime, anywhere—quickly, securely, and with instant access after payment.

 

What is the Agent Self-serve Channel? #

The Agent Self-Serve Channel is a convenient online platform available to all active PropertyGuru Agent Partners, enabling you to:

  • Purchase Ad Credits anytime, anywhere — no waiting for office hours or callbacks.

  • Enjoy a seamless checkout from start to payment, all in one platform.

  • Receive Ad Credits instantly upon successful purchase so you can take immediate action on listings.

  • Access online-exclusive promotions for the best deals.

  • Transact in a secure environment via accredited payment gateway partners.

Note: This service is available on AgentNet desktop and mobile web (not currently in the mobile app).

Promotions & Deals #

From time to time, we offer promotions exclusive to the Self-Serve Channel. While we aim to make offers available to all agents, some deals may be online-only.

To stay updated:

  • Visit the Self-Serve Channel on AgentNet.

  • Keep an eye on notifications via AgentNet, email, SMS, or from your Account Manager.

How they work: Apply a valid promo code at checkout to enjoy either a fixed amount or percentage discount.

After Purchase #

  • Credit issuance: Ad Credits are usually available immediately; in rare cases, technical delays may take up to 30 minutes.

  • Check balance: Go to Edit Account > Billing on AgentNet.

  • Purchase history: Also found under Edit Account > Billing—invoices available within 24 hours.

  • Missed promo code: Unfortunately, purchases can’t be amended or refunded after completion.

  • Card statement reference: Transactions appear as “PropertyGuru Pte Ltd.”

 

Security & Support #

  • Payment security: PropertyGuru does not store your card details. All payments are processed via accredited partner Adyen, with Level 1 PCI compliance and secure encryption.

  • Suspicious charges: Contact Customer Service with your transaction details for investigation.
