Listing Copilot

What is Listing Copilot?

On this page

Last update: November 3, 2026

Listing Copilot is an AI assistant in AgentNet that helps agents create and update property listings through a chat conversation. It generates or updates the listing fields, headline, and description based on the details you share.

Copilot is currently in beta and is being rolled out to agents in stages, so you may not have access yet. This page explains what Copilot is and how it works, so you’re ready when it becomes available to you.

What can I use Listing Copilot for? #

  • Create listings by chatting. Describe the property in your own words, answer any follow-up questions, and get a full listing with the property details, headline, and description filled in.
  • Update existing listings. Ask for changes to details like price or furnishing, or to the headline, description, or tone.
  • Declutter photos. Use AI Declutter to clear clutter from a room photo, or remove furniture to show an empty room.

How to talk to Listing Copilot #

A prompt is the message you give Listing Copilot. The best approach is to talk to Listing Copilot the way you would talk to a coworker, naturally and conversationally. Your prompts can be short instructions or detailed descriptions.

Good details to include

  • Project or development name
  • Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, and furnishing
  • Asking price
  • Key selling points, such as MRT access, view, renovation, facilities, or nearby schools

Example prompts

  • Simple: Create a listing for Treasure at Tampines.
  • Detailed: Create a listing for a 2-bed condo at Treasure at Tampines for sale, 700 sqft, mid floor, fully furnished, asking S$1.28M, near MRT, suitable for young families.
  • Edit: Change the price to S$1.3M and make the description sound warmer.

Tips for better results

  1. Share key details upfront. The more you include in your first message, the fewer follow-up questions Listing Copilot needs to ask.
  2. Be specific. Instead of “make it better”, try “shorten the description”, “make the tone warmer”, or “highlight the nearby MRT”.
  3. Review before approving. Always check the project match, price, property facts, photos, headline, and description before approving.

Using AI Declutter #

AI Declutter has two options:

  • Magic Tidy: clears loose clutter like clothes, boxes and items on tables, while keeping the furniture.
  • Empty Room: removes movable furniture to show the room’s full layout.

Architectural structures, fixtures and views are kept as they are.

When creating a new listing

  1. Start a listing with Create Listing with AI.
  2. Upload your photos.
  3. Tap ✏️ on a photo and select AI Declutter.
  4. Choose Magic Tidy or Empty Room.
  5. Review the result before saving it to your listing.

When updating an existing listing

  1. Open the listing you want to update.
  2. Select Edit with AI.
  3. Go to Edit Gallery and tap ✏️ on a photo.
  4. Select AI Declutter, then choose Magic Tidy or Empty Room.
  5. Review the result before saving it to your listing.

What Listing Copilot can’t do #

  • Listing Copilot doesn’t replace your review. Listing Copilot can make mistakes, such as matching the wrong project, adding details you didn’t mention, or changing parts of a photo you wanted to keep. Always check the property facts, price, photos, headline, and description before approving.
  • Listing Copilot’s AI Declutter is focused on clearing clutter or emptying a room. It may also slightly brighten the photo. Other edits, such as cropping, aren’t available yet.

Note: Listing Copilot helps you create and update listings, but you are responsible for making sure the final listing, including any edited photos, is accurate and compliant.

Frequently asked questions

Tap a question to expand it. If an answer differs from the Terms and Conditions above, the Terms and Conditions apply.
Will Listing Copilot publish a listing without my approval?

No. Listing Copilot asks for your approval before it creates, updates, or publishes a listing.

Can I describe the whole property in one message?

Yes. Listing Copilot will extract the details it recognises and ask follow-up questions for anything missing or unclear.

What if Listing Copilot matches the wrong project?

Tell Listing Copilot the correct project name in chat, then review the updated project match before approving.

Can I make changes after Listing Copilot drafts the listing?

Yes. Type the change in chat, such as updating the price, changing a field, or adjusting the description tone.

Does Listing Copilot use my photos to write the description?

No. You can upload photos as part of the listing, but the headline and description are based on the details you give in chat.

Can Copilot edit my listing photos?

Yes. AI Declutter can clear clutter from a room photo or remove furniture to show an empty room. Other edits, such as brightening or cropping, need to be done before you upload.

Why can’t I see Create Listing with AI or Edit with AI?

Copilot is being rolled out to agents in stages, so it may not be available on your account yet. You’ll see these options once you have access.

Is there a limit on how many photos I can declutter?

Yes. You can see how many attempts you have left when you use AI Declutter.
