More Filters for Easier Listing Management
Now you can easier narrow down to the listings that need your attention!
To immediately identify listings that aren’t getting maximum exposure, you can filter based on Last Repost, or when the listing’s Boost Ended and Spotlight Expired.
You can also choose to filter listings based on their Listing Performance. This way, you can pay special attention to the ones that need improvement or which ones you can be particularly proud of!
Update to Latest App Version
We’ve made some recent upgrades to our AgentNet mobile application. So, if your version is older than the one in August 2020, you might be asked to update your application before you can use it again.
- Update your AgentNet mobile application to the latest version now, to enjoy all the latest enhancements!

AgentNet Mobile Application Push Notifications: Now ‘Live’!
With endless things for you to do on a daily basis, it can be difficult to remember details like:

Bulk Actions on Listings: Repost or Deactivate Your Listings in Bulk
Say goodbye to spending hours on Reposting your listings one by one, to get the maximum exposure you deserve!
Say hello to bulk action capabilities on your AgentNet that allow you to do these on your active listings:
-
Bulk Repost
-
Bulk Deactivate
And here’s how you do it in 3 simple steps:

Updated: 28 December 2020
Listing Cards: Smaller and Only Containing the Most Important Information
To enable you to view more listings at a glance, we have reduced the size of listing cards on your AgentNet mobile application.
This means you get to check on more listings at once and reduce your need to scroll.
We also decluttered your listing card to include only the most important information – so you can focus on making the best decisions.
Some of them include newly inserted ones (created by popular request):
- Number of bedrooms
- Area
- Listing’s last Repost information
- Sparkline performance trend indicator
Check out how it looks:

Listing Cards: Tap to Get More Options
At first glance you’ll see the most important information.
But if you want to find out more or ‘Repost’, ‘Boost’ or ‘Spotlight’ your listing, simply tap on the listing card and more information will promptly drop down:

Resolve Listing Issues:
The exact number of issues that require your attention is called out, and you’ll be directed to them simply by tapping on the text.
Your Listing Performance:
Want to know how you can improve your listing even more? Tap on this section and you’ll be brought to the part of your listing that can be improved.
Re-activate Your Past Listings
Accidentally de-activated a listing or need to get a previous listing back up again?
We got you!
Now all past listings have a re-activation option available, so you can immediately re-activate them and get them back exactly as they were before. So, you can pick up right where you left off.

Mark Availability of ‘LiveTour’
You now can let your prospects know if that listing is available for ‘LiveTour’ or not through your AgentNet Mobile Application, under the Create/Edit Listing section.

Share Your Active Listings!
Many Agent Partners have requested for the option to share their listings on other applications like WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and so on.
Now you just need to click on the triple dots on the right-side of your screen, then tap on ‘Share’!

More Sorting Options on Listings
Yet another popular request by Agent Partners!
To help you manage your listings faster and more effectively, you requested for more sorting options!
Now, you can sort your listings by Expiry Date:
- For Active Listings, you can sort them based on Expiry Date (Sooner-Later)
- For Past Listings, you can sort them on Expiry Date (Later-Sooner)
More Available Characters on ‘Street Name’ Field
Previously our system only allowed for up to 20 characters for ‘Street Name’, which seemed to be quite a pain to some Agent Partners.
So, we reworked some codes and now you have up to 50 characters!
New Listing Cards – Study Phase
Currently still on Study Phase and visible only to 150 randomly selected agents from 2nd December 2020, we have new listing card designs that have been tweaked to further improve your listing management experience.
