Receiving App Notifications

Guide for iOS users

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Tap “Notifications”.
  3. Find “AgentNetSG” from your list of apps.
  4. Toggle “Allow Notifications” from grey to green.
  5. If already green, leave unchanged.

Having trouble receiving push notifications?

1. Delete the app following these steps:
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > AgentNetSG > Delete App

2. Reinstall the AgentNet app from the App Store

3. “Allow” notifications on this prompt

Guide for Android users

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Tap “Apps”
  3. Find “AgentNet SG” from your list of apps
  4. Tap “Notifications”
  5. Toggle “Allow Notifications” from grey to blue.
  6. If already blue, leave unchanged.

Having trouble receiving push notifications?

1. Uninstall the app following these steps:
Settings > Apps > AgentNetSG > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Uninstall App

2. Reinstall the AgentNet app from the App Store

3. “Allow” notifications on this prompt
