Receiving App Notifications
Get important updates straight from your app
Guide for iOS users
- Open your device settings.
- Tap “Notifications”.
- Find “AgentNetSG” from your list of apps.
- Toggle “Allow Notifications” from grey to green.
- If already green, leave unchanged.
Having trouble receiving push notifications?
1. Delete the app following these steps:
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > AgentNetSG > Delete App
2. Reinstall the AgentNet app from the App Store
3. “Allow” notifications on this prompt
Guide for Android users
- Open your device settings.
- Tap “Apps”
- Find “AgentNet SG” from your list of apps
- Tap “Notifications”
- Toggle “Allow Notifications” from grey to blue.
- If already blue, leave unchanged.
Having trouble receiving push notifications?
1. Uninstall the app following these steps:
Settings > Apps > AgentNetSG > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Uninstall App
2. Reinstall the AgentNet app from the App Store
3. “Allow” notifications on this prompt
