When Are You Eligible for Renewal

Understanding Renewal Upgrades with Tracks
When you renew your package during the Early Bird (EB) or Actual Month (AM) renewal window, you have the flexibility to:
▪️Renew on the same track (e.g., Gold → Gold)
▪️Upgrade within the same tier (e.g., Gold → Gold Plus)
▪️Upgrade to a higher tier (e.g., Silver Plus → Gold/Gold Plus)
How Tracks Work
Each tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) has two tracks:
▪️Basic – Core entitlements for that tier
▪️Plus – Same tier, but with more Ad Credits and/or higher top-up limits to give you extra capacity
Example:
▪️Gold → 10,500 Ad Credits included, 60 concurrent listings
▪️Gold Plus → 17,800 Ad Credits included, 90 concurrent listings
Upgrading During Renewal — What Happens
Scenario 1: Upgrade Within the Same Tier
If you’re on Gold and upgrade to Gold Plus at renewal:
▪️Your branding, tools, and insights remain at Gold level
▪️Your Ad Credit included amount and top-up limit increase immediately with the new package start date
▪️Your subscription renews for 12 months from the new activation date
Scenario 2: Upgrade to a Higher Tier
If you’re on Silver Plus and upgrade to Gold at renewal:
▪️Subscription runs for 12 months from the new activation date
▪️Ad Credit included amount and top-up limit are adjusted according to the Gold tier
▪️Your branding, tools, and insights (e.g., Premium Agent Profile and exclusive ranking tool such as Turbo Pro) are upgraded to the Gold tier
Downgrading During Renewal — What Happens
If you downgrade your package during renewal:
▪️You will not be eligible for package upgrade discounts for the next 3 months.
▪️Your credit top-up limit will adjust to reflect your downgraded package.
▪️You can only carry over credits based on the top-up limit of your downgraded package. Any excess will expire immediately.
▪️Any purchases carried over will count toward the new top-up limits until your next renewal cycle.
Example:
Purchased 5,000 credits on Silver → Downgrade to Bronze with 2,000 credits left.
▪️Carry over: 1,000 credits (Bronze top-up limit).
▪️Forfeited: 1,000 credits
▪️Unable to top up more credits until next renewal cycle
Receive Greater Savings if You Renew Early
When you renew your PropertyGuru account the month before it expires, you’ll enjoy a discounted rate on your selected package (before GST). This renewal discount is valid only within the month before your package expiration month.

How to Renew Online (Step-by-Step)
Renewing via AgentNet is fast and secure:
1. Log in to AgentNet
Click Renew Online from either:
▪️Dashboard widget
▪️Profile > Package > Renew
2. Select Your Renewal Package
▪️We’ll recommend one based on your past usage.
▪️You can choose based on our suggestion or select another package that suits your business goals.
3. Choose Your Start Date
▪️Default: 1 day after your current package expires.
▪️Custom: Click the pencil icon to change the start date for your package and bundled Ad Credits.
▪️Upgrades: You can start earlier, but your old package will end immediately.
Important:
▪️The latest start date allowed is the last day of your package’s expiry month.
🔹Example: If your package ends on 16 Oct 2025, you can choose any date up to 31 Oct 2025.
4. Review Your Renewal Details
▪️Double-check your package selection, start date, and pricing.
5. Checkout Securely
Pay by:
▪️Credit Card (one-time payment), or
▪️Credit Card Instalments – 6-month or 12-month interest-free plan (UOB, OCBC, DBS credit cards only, min. $500).
All card details are encrypted and transmitted securely. PropertyGuru does not store your personal card data.
6. Receive Confirmation & Activation Alerts
You’ll get:
▪️An email confirming payment.
▪️An SMS when your order is confirmed.
▪️Another SMS when your renewal package is activated on your chosen start date.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the validity of my subscription?
All agent packages are valid for 12 months, starting from the account activation date.
What payment modes are available?
Payments can be made via online methods such as PayNow and credit/debit card or offline method such as cheque.
Can I pay by credit card in instalments?
Payment by credit card instalment is available for POSB, DBS, UOB & OCBC credit cards for purchases of $500 and above. You can select either a 6 or 12-month interest-free plan.
Can I transfer my account subscription to my colleague?
All agent packages and credits sold are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable to another agent/owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
When can I renew my account?
Renewal of the account is available during your renewal window, which is one month before your account expiry month (EB) and during the expiry month itself (AM).
For example, if your account expires on 07 Aug 2025, you can renew it between 1 Jul 2025 and 31 Aug 2025.
When does my login to AgentNet expire?
Your AgentNet login expires on the same day as your subscription end date.
Example:
▪️If your agent package expires on 07 Aug 2025, you will need to renew and activate your account by 07 Aug 2025.
▪️You will lose your AgentNet access and your listings from 08 Aug 2025 00:00hrs onwards. Your active listings will not be displayed on PropertyGuru and CommercialGuru.
