Payment Methods for Your PropertyGuru Purchases

Thank you for purchasing a PropertyGuru product or service — your support means everything to us!

We encourage all agents to use our highly secure online payment system for speed, convenience, and peace of mind. However, we also understand some agents prefer alternative payment options, so we offer both online and offline payment methods.

Before You Make a Payment #

Regardless of your payment method, you must:

  1. Confirm your order in AgentNet

    • Review your sales order.

    • Accept the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service.

  2. Coordinate with your Account Manager

    • For offline payments, select “Others” at Step 2 – Make Payment in AgentNet.

    • Your sales consultant will contact you to guide you through your preferred payment process.

 

Online Payment Methods #

Fast, secure, and available 24/7.

You can pay via:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

  • PayPal

How to Pay Online:

  1. Click the payment link in your email or log in to AgentNet and click “See Details”.

  2. On the Pending Payments page, review your order.

  3. Select PayPal or Credit Card and proceed.

  4. Agree to the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Service.

  5. Complete your payment without navigating away from the page.

  6. Once successful, you’ll receive a payment confirmation email/SMS.

Security:

  • Payments are processed by Adyen, with Level 1 PCI compliance.

  • Your credit card details are encrypted and sent over a secure connection.

  • PropertyGuru does not store your credit card details.

 

Offline Payment Methods #

If you prefer to pay in person or via traditional methods, we support the following:

1. Credit Card Instalments

  • Valid for UOB, OCBC, and DBS credit cards (not debit cards).

  • 6 or 12-month interest-free plans (minimum purchase: $500).

  • Share your card details with your Account Manager over the phone for processing.

  • Receive confirmation once payment is successful.

2. Cheque

Frequently Asked Questions #

Can I use Diners Club?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Diners Club cards.

Do I need to confirm my order if paying offline?

Yes. You must confirm your order and accept the terms before we can process your payment.

How long do I have to complete my online payment?

Orders are valid for 96 hours from receiving your payment link (including weekends/public holidays).

What if I don’t want to proceed with my order?

No action is required; the order will automatically expire after 96 hours.

How will I know when my purchase is activated?

For online payments, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation. For offline payments, check with your Account Manager for activation status.
