Last update: August 29, 2025

What is Change in Price Analysis? #

Change in Price Analytics (CiPA) tracks price fluctuations over time for specific properties, projects, or areas. This tool enables property agents and other stakeholders to monitor price trends and identify significant changes in market values, aiding in strategic decision-making and pricing recommendations.

CiPA provides property agents with data on market price shifts, allowing them to make informed decisions based on data and better assist clients with their buying, selling, or investment objectives.
