Valuations are based on our proprietary model using the latest transactions, similar active listings, and project data, which are updated every 2 weeks. Each valuation includes a confidence range and justification to help you explain it to clients.

How often is the data updated?
Transaction data is updated as soon as new records are released from trusted sources (e.g., URA, HDB). Listing data is updated in real time from AgentNet.
