How to Access MarketWatch #
On Web

Log in to AgentNet and click MarketWatch from the left navigation menu.
On App

Open the AgentNet app → Go to Tools > MarketWatch.

Ensure you’re on the latest version of the app.
Tip: Log in with your agent email to see the same Watchlists across AgentNet and PropertyGuru.com.sg
Create a Watchlist

Click “Create” in MarketWatch.

Set your criteria – choose property type, location, budget, and filters.

Name your Watchlist for easy reference (e.g., “Buyer – District 9”).

Save – MarketWatch will start tracking and updating instantly.
Receiving Updates

Hourly Push Notifications (App, not available for Bronze package): Alerts sent every hour when new listings or price changes match your Watchlist.

Daily Summary (App + Email, available for all agents): A morning digest of all changes in the past day.
Note: Updates only include fresh listings (no reposts).
Co-broking with MarketWatch

Open your Watchlist.

Tap Co-broke at the bottom of the page.

Select up to 20 listings → Tap Send WhatsApp.
Each listing agent gets a personalised message from you.
Sharing with Clients

Managing or Deleting Watchlists

Open the Watchlist → Tap the three-dot menu.

Select Manage Notifications to adjust alerts, or Delete to remove them.
