What is Listing Rank feature? 

This feature on your listing management page tells you where your listing ranks against all other listings when a property seeker does a search for properties on PropertyGuru.com.sg. 

Your Listing Rank will be based on Condo project or HDB estate of the property. 

*Listing Rank works in a search that is by default “Sort by Recommended”
*Search should have no additional filters 

 What does the listing rank number indicate? 

The number indicates where your listing ranks against all other listings when a property seeker does a search based on Condo project or HDB estate. 

Is the listing rank displayed real time?  

Yes, the listing rank displayed is in real time, so you can monitor how your listings are performing.   

To view your listing’s latest rank, simply refresh the page.  

How do I improve my listing rank?  

To improve your listing rank, you can use value-add tools such as Featured Agent, which guarantees you a spot in the top 7 slots. Or Turbo, which guarantees your listing a slot after the Featured Agent listings.  

Why am I seeing the same suggestion to repost even though I have just reposted my listing? 

Your listings’ rank depends on various factors like, actions taken by other agents which can push your listing rank down, hence it suggests the most appropriate action to stay on top based on listing competition. Suggested action can be same, when the competition is extremely high during that time. 

Can I check how my listings rank in other search results? Such as 2-bedroom apartments or locations?   

Currently, the listing rank is available for searches based on specific Condo projects and HDB estate.   
However, we are constantly making improvements to our features and tools.
